Welcome to Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop! By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Digital Products

All sewing patterns sold on this website are digital products delivered as downloadable PDF files. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your pattern(s). Download links are also accessible anytime from your account and are sent to the email address associated with your account.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on patterns.

Once a pattern has been purchased, the sale is final. If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your pattern, please contact us at amy@peekaboopatternshop.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Pattern License and Copyright

When you purchase a pattern from Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop, you are purchasing a license for personal use. All patterns are protected by copyright law.

You MAY:

• Print the pattern for your personal use
• Use the pattern to create items for yourself, your family, and as gifts
• Sell finished items made from our patterns on a small scale (craft fairs, Etsy shops, local boutiques, etc.)

You MAY NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the pattern files in any format
• Upload the pattern to any file-sharing site or service
• Use the patterns for mass production or manufacturing
• Claim the pattern design as your own
• Teach classes using our patterns without written permission

Credit for the pattern design is appreciated when selling finished items but is not required.

Pattern Printing

Patterns are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11") and A4 paper. You must print at 100% scale with no scaling or "fit to page" options selected. Each pattern includes a test square to verify correct printing. Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop is not responsible for projects that do not turn out due to incorrect printing.

Seam Allowances

Seam allowances are included on all pattern pieces. Please refer to the sewing guidelines section of each pattern for the specific seam allowance used.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate pattern instructions, sizing, and yardage requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that every project will turn out perfectly, as results depend on individual skill level, fabric choice, and sewing techniques.

Limitation of Liability

Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop provides patterns and instructions as a guide. We are not responsible for:

• Projects that do not turn out as expected
• Fabric or supply costs incurred
• Any injuries that may occur while sewing
• Any damages resulting from the use of our patterns

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the pattern(s) in question.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property
