We really like this pattern. Ive sewed it up as a leotard and swimsuit. The only thing im not a fan of is there are no premeasurements for the elastic. I like to sew my elastic in a loop so its only a personal preference issue. The first time i made it, i followed directions exact and it came out perfect. So it's not a big deal.
I made a size 5 for my 4 year old with the size 6 width in the tush (i do this for all the swimsuits i make her). She would have been fine with a size 4 but i want it to last a while.

Such a cute swimsuit! Both of my girls love the versions I made with little skirts. My only complaint is I would prefer no exposed seams on the inside and re-worked the directions to make that happen.

I have made several bathers for my 6mth old daughter using this pattern and absolutely adore them.
This pattern has very simple yet concise instructions. Step-by-step photos are also included.
The sizing was perfect for my little girl, though may be on the smaller size for the more chubby bubby.
I intend to make many, many more of these bathers until the pattern no longer fits :)

Love this pattern. It is girly and fun. It is almost impossible to purchase a ready to wear swim suit that is age appropriate. I plan on making several of these for my grand daughters for swimming and gymnastics

I love this pattern. With the summer hitting right now, my daughter is swimsuit crazy! This one has the option of having ruffle sleeves or not, and the bow at the back tops it off. The pattern instructions are very clear and have photos that go with them so you can visualize the steps as you go!

This is a great modest swimsuit with an adorable accent or use a different fabric for gymnastics. My niece loves her Pink glittery leotard & my daughter wears her cheetah print swimsuit all the time!
