How soon will my order ship?
All in-stock fabric orders ship within 1-2 business days. During large promotional events and/or holidays it may take 3-4 days to process your order. For updates on when pre-ordered items will ship please join the Facebook Group. Please allow 1 week for pre-order processing after the shipment arrives. If you ordered pre-order and in-stock fabric together, your order will be held until the pre-ordered items arrive.
What will it cost to ship my order?
US shipments have options for USPS first class mail (up to 13 oz), USPS priority mail, USPS priority flat rate and FEDEX. First class mail typically takes 2-4 days to arrive but may take longer and does not include insurance. Tracking is included. Priority mail takes 1-3 days to arrive and includes $50 insurance and tracking. FEDEX is generally the most cost effective option for larger orders and includes $100 of insurance and tracking. US Flat Rate Package Guide- based on knit fabrics with a weight of 12 oz/yard. For lighter fabrics additional yardage will ship for the same price.
We ship everywhere in the world! All shipments are sent via USPS. By law we cannot mark your package as a "gift". All packages will be clearly labeled as containing "FABRIC". The declared value on the customs form does not include the shipping. Please be aware that you may have additional duties and/or taxes to pay when your package arrives.
Packages weighing less than 4 pounds can ship ship first class mail international which includes tracking but not insurance. First class can take several weeks to arrive. For all packages you will have the option of priority mail or priority mail flat rate. Priority mail includes $200 of insurance and typical delivery time is 6-10 days.
Canadian Flat Package Guide- based on knit fabrics with a weight of 12 oz/yard. For lighter fabrics additional yardage will ship for the same price. Please note that in almost all cases first class mail or regular priority mail will be cheaper
If we are able to ship your order for less than you paid, store credit will be added to your account for the difference.
If you would like to combine shipping for multiple orders please include a note with the 2nd order. If we are able to combine the shipments, store credit will be added to your account for the difference in shipping.
Peek-a-Boo Fabric Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local police department. If your order has been lost during shipment please contact us immediately. We cannot refund or resend until we have confirmation from the carrier that they cannot locate the shipment. If you would like to purchase additional insurance you can do so here. We are happy to report that after a year of business not a single package has been lost or stolen :)
If you would like to return your unwashed fabric please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns for washed or cut fabric or pieces under 1 yard. The buyer is repsonsible for return shipping. Once we receive the fabric, you will be refunded for the price of the fabric. Shipping is non-refundable. If you had a problem with your order please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
