Well written pattern with very clear instructions. Super cute swimsuit while being very modest, which I love for my 7 yo.

Made this for my niece and I love it! She loved it! Fancy enough to look cool but great coverage and age appropriate.

This pattern is the best bathing suit pattern I have ever seen. It is super fun and incredibly adorable. The only complaint or negative I could put in the review is that, much the same as pringles, you can't stop at 1. :) love it, thanks!!!

    4. Even cuter in person! star rating

I thought I loved this pattern when it went to test and then I started to second guess. My girls insisted on it and it is beyond cute! Great instructions and a breeze to sew up!

I made a cute size 2 tankini top and bottom. It was a bit challenging because of my inexperience and additions, but turned out nicely and well worth it. I've only sewed 2 other kid's swim suits; a) a really easy baby set, and b) the monaco swim trunks (they were an easy sew). I modified by: a) making the straps wider and sewing in flat piping, b) adding piping to the bottoms, and fully lining both tankini top and bottom. I sewed before serging and top stitched with both a stretch stitch and double needle. I look forward to seeing on my granddaughter. I fully recommend the pattern.
