I love this dress, and both the 4yo and the 2yo agreed they wanted THIS dress for their Elsa dresses over all the other versions we found on the internet!
The directions seem very clear to me, but I was in a bit of a hurry and am not very experienced so I just copied your look after looking for pretty fabrics in vain. (I just got some taffeta for the skirts, and then sewed those onto shirts that had the dress part painted on with metallic fabric paint. Finally put some gathered gauzy flocked thing for the trains on the backs.)
I can see this as a base for many more costumes or even dresses though!

This pattern is so good, easy to download and size wise just perfect for my 3 and a half year old granddaughter, (Uk size she wears a Next 3 to 4 yrs) it fitted together perfectly and the instructions are very clear.
I did need to take quite a bit off the hem, but so many patterns are long, I'm used to that. I found fabric easily thanks to the local market where there is a stall selling fabric to make Shalwar Kameez- and prom dresses.! Shall definitely buy more patterns, thanks so much for the care taken in drafting them. Wish I'd found the website ages ago.
