Great easy to follow pattern that looks great on the kids. It was my first time sewing with fleece and putting a zip on and the two jackets It was so simple! My only issue was I needed a bit more instructions on the finish I.e where to Serger etc. I could see in the instructions that the waistband had been sergered before putting them onto the jacket, but there wasn't any information about it. I had not used that type of stretch material before and couldn't work it out (which I am sure is straight forward)?. I attempted this once and unpicking Serger thread is not fun. So I ended up not doing this part. Beside that love my finish products and so do my kids :-)

I made this sweatshirt for my 7-1/2 year old niece as part of her giraffe costume. I made the size 8. I shortened the length about 3 inches, but the rest of the measurements fit her perfectly.
I used giraffe print minky and added giraffe ears and horns to the hood. I lined the body, sleeves and pockets with a jersey knit and lined the hood with Sherpa.
She absolutely loves it. I know I will be making more of these, as her sisters have already asked for them as well.

I love this pattern. I have made hoodies for my sons, and could not be happy with the results. I feel the directions/explanations were great, and a fairly easy pattern to sew up.

PAB patterns never disappoint so when I needed a hoodie to hack for an Antman costume for my grandson I knew to come here. I love that this pattern is available in small sizes because I needed a six month. Once I added all of my extras it went together super quick and I absolutely loved the results. ( Plus my little grandson will be toasty warm this Halloween) My imagination is going wild with ideas and will be using this pattern again and again.

I purchased this pattern to make Christmas gifts and some birthday ones too. The pattern is easy to follow, the yardage is generous so I am easily able to cut all my pieces. I love how simple it is to sew up. My little girl loves her hoodie, and I know my nieces and nephews will too! I have cut fabric for sizes 3, 4, and 5 with each by getting just 1/4 yard more of my fleece I was able to have plenty of fabric to do the hood lining in the same fabric, and fussy cut the pockets so they had what I wanted on them (for me one Elsa and one Anna).

This was a ridiculously quick sew. You can really play down with your fabric choices too - nice and 'normal' main fabric, and then a novelty print in the hood - my little guy picked Minecraft for the hood lining. Definitely one to add to your wish list.

I am a big fan of peek-boo-patterns, and this pattern was just as well prepared and written as the others I have used before. I have only been sewing clothing for about 6 months and I found this pattern to be quite easy to follow!! Thank you for the great patterns! This is my go to site for patterns.
I made this for my 5 year old son. Transformers quilt fabric on the outside and fully lined with back fleece. It came out great and best part he loves it!!!

my daughter wanted a hoodie with a particular fabric and she was thrilled with the result and eleven year olds are not easy to please. And I was thrilled at how easy it was to sew.

Love PAB patterns. The hoodie is perfect for what I was looking for. The instructions was explained as well as I am used to and needed more. The PAB discussion group is great and readily available to help. I made my very first hoodie jacket ever and see myself making more. Thank you PAB!

My super picky 7-year-old is in love. Perfect fit and right up her lounge clothes and leopard print wearing style. The finishing touches on this pattern to hide the zipper are genius. Thank you for another great wardrobe staple!

This is such a great pattern. It sews up quickly and I love how the zipper is completely enclosed when you add a lining. Such a great pattern for the entire year!
