      I made the anchors a weigh pattern in white and Navy for my 20 month old son. It took me most of one day and was fairly easy. I'm an experience seamstress, so I took a couple of liberties in method to make things easier for me.
      I ran into some difficulty with attaching the collar and ended up encasing all the layers in matching bias tape and under stitching it to turn it under.
      He was so adorable at church the next day and got lots of compliments.
